Up high in the Paluma Ranges in North Queensland Australia, the temperature is always 10 degrees below what it is down at the bottom. Nice in the summer! Because it is so very humid, there is a constant a haze and the slugs have a ball. Mysterious disappearances have been reported. There used to be tin mines up there.
