What you see here is a crocodile shedding tears because it is helpless. It is trying to express - in crocodile words - that is helpless and unhappy. It says that what some people say is not true, that people lie when they say crocodiles have to be culled or killed, when they say crocodiles are killers. This is a metaphor for the falseness of racism or rejection of the other (for example).
