Art and mythology and stories of the Middle Ages, are excessively fascinating in that they are the stories at the root of a culture and, as such, at the core of a collective conscience (or unconscious-ness). The same is true, maybe even more so, of First People' stories, and certainly of traditional lore.
My unreal animals are part of a global (maybe universal) bestiary.
They are the make-up of a more contemporary mythology, inspired by past-time imagery and a contemporary perception of our world.
